In the masserias we believe in researching the local environment for natural materials, we believe in the km zero philosophy, we always collaborate with local farms from were to choose the best local Murgia lamb and podolic beef, the chickens and turkeys, the Masserias were they make the best cheeses; burrata, canestrato,caciocavallo.
We have a network of people that looks for the wild materials such as: porcini and cardoncelli mushrooms, wild asparagus and snails, myrtle, wood berries and many more.
The nearby fishing village of Savelletri offers the best of fish of the day: scampi and violte shrimps, red tuna,snappers,monfish and turbots, seafood and local spiny lobsters. Above all the fruits and vegetables produced in our estate.
