In the white cave learn how to make tipical Apulia dishes, home made pasta, fish and meat from the farms, and the local desserts.
We use also our firewood oven from 1500 to learn how to make pizza and panzerotti also for the kids. 
After all this work you can rest under a beautiful pergola covered by a vine dating back to 1600 overlooking the country and enjoy the apulian delicacies.
